Booking Policy

By booking a class at Little Frome Cookery School, you agree to the following:

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.
– Cancellations made more than 4 days before the class will receive a full refund or can be transferred to another date.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to a friend or family member. If I manage to fill the place, a full refund will be given. 
– If you are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you where possible.

Class Changes & Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

Minimum Numbers
Classes require a minimum number of 2 people to run. If this number isn’t reached, we will contact you at least 48 hours before the class to arrange a refund or transfer.

Dietary Requirements
Please call to discuss any allergies or dietary requirements before booking. Only pre-discussed dietary requirements will be catered for.
