Description

Bored of bland tofu? This is the course for you. Arrive hungry for this hands-on Tofu Masterclass. We’ll explore how to turn this humble ingredient into something genuinely delicious, flavour-packed, and exciting. You’ll learn about the different types of tofu, how to choose the right one for each dish, and—most importantly—how to make tofu taste really good. Together, we’ll cook four satisfying recipes, and you’ll take home everything you make. We'll be making; - Scrambled tofu - Sesame, maple tofu 'steaks' - Crispy salt and pepper tofu - Silken tofu chocolate orange mousse This course can be gluten-free. Children are welcome to join when accompanied by a full-paying adult. Allergen information available upon request.
